How is the artwork created?

Renaissance Pet Portraits's in-house designers use drawing tablets and Photoshop to digitally hand paint your order.

Can I see a preview first?

Yes! Make a note during the checkout process (notes section) that you'd like a digital copy emailed to you before we print and ship your order.

How long does it take to create the artwork?

Our designers will design your order in 7-10 business days.

How can I track my order status?

Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How does shipping work?

Shipping starts at $7.95 on orders to the United States and $15 for international destinations. Your item ships via USPS or UPS and takes 3-5 days to arrive. Please see chart below for international shipping times:
